Andrea Navedo is an American actress-singer who was born on the 10th of October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career as a daytime actress in soap operas. She was a part of the ABC soap show One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. Her role was on The CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval, from 1999 to 2000. In 1996, she made her debut in films with a minor character in Girl 6. She then appeared as a character in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo had a recurring role in the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. later he starred in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo has also been seen in movies like El Cantante, Remember Me among others. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 from 2011 to 2013.
